I think that 4shared has been deleting my files because I'll go to my account and look for a tagger-sized alpha that I made and it won't be there. Anyways, I liked the suggestion for a snowman alpha, but I don't have time to make one. So, I'm going to offer up this tagger-sized alpha that I made three years ago. It is small. The images are only 0.5 inches in size, but it is 300 dpi, so it is possible to print them. It uses a tube that I got through a sharing group.
Get the tagger-sized alpha: Snowmen. And if you want it without the drop shadow, I also have it in gif format. Yes, it is really old!

Happy Lunar New Year!
My computer is still borked. I do not have any new creations.
This is the year of the tiger. This is an old alpha that I made a couple of years ago. If you want this tagger-sized alpha, you can get it here.

Customizing Text in a Script

I've had this tutorial sitting on the back burner for over a month. I meant to write it up in July and then I got sick and busy with work. So, here it is before I forget again. In PSP 8, it was possible to customize text in a script because the text box would pop up. This changed in future versions of PSP. It is no longer possible to make the text box interactive. Even if the text box is set to interactive, it will not show up when the script is run. In order to allow a user to choose their own text, you need to add the following snippet of code before the command to write the text:
Result = App.Do( Environment, 'GetString', { 'DefaultText': 'Name', 'DialogTitle': 'Name for Tag', 'Prompt': 'Enter Name', 'MaxLength': 25, 'GeneralSettings': { 'ExecutionMode': App.Constants.ExecutionMode.Interactive } }) MyText = Result['EnteredText']Customize the command by replacing all the text in bold italics with your own text. Next, you need to replace your original text with MyText. Your original Text command will have a line that looks like this:
'Characters': u'Original Text', You need to replace everything with MyText. Your end result will look similar to the code snippet below.
As an example, I have included a nametag script which allows you to customize the name on the tag so that you can see how it is done. The script makes a tagger-size tag.

Spring Flowers Add-On
These are extra flowers that I made while testing scripts, mostly written by Lou. By the way, Lou is currently having a birthday sale and her scripts are included.

This is an add-on for Spring Flowers, my part of the Scrapping with PSP and PS Group Member's Blog Train.

This is my contribution to the first Scrap Stuff with PSP and PS Group Member's Blog Train. I called my portion Spring Flowers. As you can tell, there are a lot of flowers. In fact, since I am working on a flower script, there are additional flowers for the kit that I will make available as an add-on.

The kits in this blog train are all tagger-sized. Here are all the members of the blog train:

Happy Darwin Day

Happy Darwin Day!
This year is the 200th birthday of Charles Darwin and Abraham Lincoln. Perhaps non-US people don't care about Abraham Lincoln, but I think everyone has heard of Charles Darwin. I found these neat e-cards from Darwin Day 2008, but I didn't get to use them last year. I also want to state that I do not support the philosophy of the site where I found the e-cards because I don't think that science and inspiration precludes or excludes God. Beyond that, I don't want to say anything about the subject as everyone has their own beliefs and I just want to celebrate the birthday of these two great men, not become embroiled in a rancorous debate.
If you are wondering why I'm not saying happy Abraham Lincoln's birthday, well, I think Darwin Day sounds better. More alliteration and such.

As we're allowed to freely spread these e-cards around the internet, I made a little Darwin Day alpha which is based on the cute fish in the card above. It is a tagger-sized alpha, not that I think anyone will use it, but I'm addicted to alpha making. I have to feed the psychosis.

More Peppermints
I used the peppermints from my tutorial to make a tagger-sized alphabet for all those hardy souls who suffer through my graphic experiments in my alpha group. While making the alpha, I realized that I didn't have enough peppermints. So, I made five more peppermints.

I'm also making the tagger-sized alpha available because I thought it turned out kind of cute. I really didn't like it in the scrap size. I guess there are too many flaws in my peppermints.
